FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE Lombard, IL - Join the Lombard Park District on October 20 from 2 - 9 p.m. at the Lombard Common on the corner of St. Charles Rd. and Grace St. in Lombard for a celebration of the season. Festivities begin with Pumpkin Patch; a fabulous free event for families that has something for everyone including kiddie carnival games, pony rides, moon bounce, hayrides, entertainment, a candy hunt and more from 2 - 5 p.m.! The celebration continues with Boo Bingo from 5 - 7 p.m. There will be lots of scary prizes, cool prizes, silly prizes and just downright awesome prizes! Stick around for the grand prize cover-all game! Each person registering receives one card and some candy to munch on. Registration required for everyone attending for a fee of $3/Lombard resident and $5/nonresident. Finish the night off with a Haunted Hike from 7 - 9 p.m. where you can hike through the spooky woods of Lombard Common! Watch out for the witch's circle, the haunted cemetery, the monster cave, the vampire tree, the creature campsite and much more! This event is cosponsored with the Tri-Town YMCA.
