Parent and Child Yoga

Lombard, IL - Parents! Spend time with your 4 - 8 year old child and the Lombard Park District to learn the power of yoga on Mondays, January 7 - March 10 from 5 - 5:45 p.m. at International Village.

Increase your flexibility, strength, concentration and your parent-child bond. Learn a variety of poses to do when waking, for playtime, before bedtime and as a mid-day pick-me-up. Experience how yoga can reduce stress, and calm the mind and body. Parent and child can share a mat, and more than one child can register with a parent.
