LOMBARD PARK DISTRICT GIVES PARENTS A TIME OUT!

Lombard, IL - Do you have to go the dentist, but have no one to watch your children? Would you like to go to the salon for a haircut, but are wondering who will look after the kids for the hour? Well the Lombard Park District has the answer for you!

The park district offers a Parent's Time Out program each weekday from 9 - 11:30 a.m. at Sunset Knoll Recreation Center for children ages 6 months to 5 years. This program allows parents to have time to run errands, make appointments or just relax while park district staff entertains the children with games, coloring and toys. Parents are asked to provide children with a snack and mark all belongings clearly with his/her name. Parents who cancel registration and would like a refund or transfer to a different day must notify the park district at least 24 hours before the child is scheduled to attend. The cost is $9/Lombard resident and $10/nonresident.
