Lombard Party Wagons on a Roll!

Lombard, IL - Are you already looking ahead to 2008 and wondering how you are going to accommodate the guests for that graduation party, picnic, reunion, block party or birthday? Look no further! The Lombard Park District is here to help.

For the past five years, the Lombard Park District and the Village of Lombard have partnered to offer Lombard Party Wagons to the community. The large trailers come equipped with tables and chairs for 100 people, a pop-up canopy tent for shade, a large Weber charcoal grill, a bean bag game and a wireless sound system to use for music or as a public announcement system. In 2007 alone, Party Wagons were rented over 250 times by Village of Lombard and Lombard Park District residents.

Six wagons are available FREE OF CHARGE to residents on a reservation basis. The Party Wagon is dropped off by the Lombard Park District on Friday afternoon for Saturday and Sunday rentals, and picked up on Monday morning. For weekday reservations, the wagon is dropped off the afternoon before the day of your event and picked up the morning after.

The Lombard Park District is currently taking Party Wagon requests for 2008.
