MMAC Frequently Asked Questions

Are tours available at this time?

Self-guided tours are available at this time. Staff are available to answer any questions you may have regarding the facility and membership opportunities.

Will you be taking reservations to help limit the number of people?

All MMAC users are required to check-in at the desk. This will serve as the reservation for your visit. We will continue to track our usage closely and implement changes to the reservation system as needed.

Is there anything I should do before returning to the MMAC?

We highly encourage members to do a self-assessment before visiting to make sure you are symptom free. Follow the CDC guidelines about how to prevent the spread of COVID-19. Please stay home in the event you are exhibiting symptoms or not feeling well.

Do I need a face covering to get into the Madison Meadow Athletic Center? 

Face coverings are required for all patrons at the MMAC. 

If I am not ready to come back, am I able to put a hold on my account?

Yes, this is no problem. Please reach out to our Facility Manager, Katy McKinnon at for assistance.

Will water fountains be accessible?

Water filling stations and water fountains are available. Staff have cups if patrons wish to use those for water.

What is the status on your Pickleball schedule?

Pickleball has been added to the gym schedule, found here.

 What is the status of Group Fitness Classes?

 Is the MMAC offering Open Gym?

Yes, the schedule can be found here.

Can non-members work out?

Yes, non-members may come in and try our facility for the daily rate. Information on rates can be found here.
