MMAC Frequently Asked Questions
When does the MMAC open?
The MMAC is currently open to members only with adjusted facility hours to ensure all areas and programs are reintroduced as safely as possible to members and staff. Hours can be found in the right-hand column of this page.
Are tours available at this time?
Self-guided tours are available at this time. Staff are available to answer any questions you may have regarding the facility and membership opportunities.
Will you be taking reservations to help limit the number of people?
All MMAC users are required to check-in at the desk. This will serve as the reservation for your visit. We will continue to track our usage closely and implement changes to the reservation system as needed. Reservations are required fo Shoot Around Basketball. Reserve your time here.
Is there anything I should do before returning to the MMAC?
We highly encourage members to do a self-assessment before visiting to make sure you are symptom free. Follow the CDC guidelines about how to prevent the spread of COVID-19. Please stay home in the event you are exhibiting symptoms or not feeling well.
Do I need a face covering to get into the Madison Meadow Athletic Center?
Face coverings must be worn at all times, including while engaged in individual exercise regardless of person or machine spacing. We will update this information when we receive more information from State Guidance.
Was my membership billed during the closure that started in March?
No. All memberships on installment billing were last billed in February. We did not bill in the months of March, April, May or June. Billing continued July 15, 2020.
How is my membership going to be extended for the (March) closure if I paid in full?
Your membership will be extended by four months from the expiration date. For example, if your membership normally expires on 07/01, we have extended your membership until 11/01. If your membership expired prior to reopening, the extension will be based on missed time.
If I am not ready to come back, am I able to put a hold on my account?
Yes, this is no problem. Please reach out to our Facility Manager, Katy McKinnon at email@example.com for assistance.
How have you spaced out equipment?
