Party Deck Rentals
Want an area designated to just you, your friends and family at Paradise Bay? Try out our party deck area for your next event! Party deck rentals include an area to yourself, opportunity to bring your own food and beverages, decorations, and more. Party deck rentals are offered Friday, Saturday, and Sunday throughout the season for full or half days. Party deck rental fees cover your area use and 40 guests (birthday child is free!). Party deck space has a max capacity of 40 people. For groups larger than this, the organizer should contact the Facilities and Aquatics Manager at rperez@lombardparks.com for special accommodation.
On the day of the rental, you will be issued 40 wristbands, which you will distribute to your guests. They will be allowed to enter the facility without waiting in line, as long as they have wristbands. All guests entering the facility must pay admission or have a wristband, regardless of whether they will enter the water or not. Since party decks have a max capacity of 40 people, you will only receive 40 wristbands. Additional guests will have to wait in line and pay daily admission fees for entry.
Patrons who book a party deck rental will be able to enter the facility no earlier than 15 minutes before the start of their rental. If patrons have booked half day party deck rentals, they can stay in the facility but will need to vacate the party deck area to ensure staff can properly clean before the next rental starts.
For additional questions, please email the Facilities and Aquatics Manager at rperez@lombardparks.com.
Although party deck rental patrons can bring their own food and beverages in the facility, Paradise Bay Management asks that you abide by the following rules. Failure to do so may result in your expulsion from the facility without a refund.
- No alcohol is allowed in the facility
- No glass containers are allowed in the facility
- Food cannot be catered and cannot be delivered.
- Smoking must be done outside the facility in the designated area.
- All patrons entering the water must have proper swim attire.
- Paradise Bay is a family-friendly facility. All patrons must behave appropriately and abide by the Lombard Park District’s Code of Conduct.
Since Paradise Bay Water Park is an outdoor facility, inclement weather may impact pool operations on the day of your party deck rental. Unfortunately, refunds will not be offered for cancelations due to inclement weather. The Facilities and Aquatics Manager will work with you on alternative accommodations if this is the case. Patrons are encouraged to familiarize themselves with Paradise Bay’s inclement weather policy, which can be found on our website. For additional questions, please email the Facilities and Aquatics Manager at rperez@lombardparks.com.
