Jingle Bell Jubilee
Saturday, December 6 | Tree Lighting at 5:30 pm | Lilacia Park
Jingles the Reindeer invites you to join the Lombard Park District, Village of Lombard, Lombard Chamber of Commerce, Calvary Church, Lombard Bible Church, Lombard Historical Society, Helen Plum Library, First United Methodist, First Church of Lombard, United Church of Christ, Brust Funeral Home, MOTW Coffee, Soapy Roads, and Maple Street Chapel to enjoy the sights and sound of the holidays. A complimentary trolley will be running from 4:30 to 8:30 pm. Please note that the schedule is subject to change.
The Lombard Fire Department will be on-site in the Lombard Park District’s Administrative Office (227 W. Parkside Ave.), collecting toys for their toy drive. This drive is supporting Teen Parent Connection and Toy Express.
Rainbow Cone of Lombard will be onsite in the Lombard Park District’s Administrative Office (227 W. Parkside Ave.), sampling delicious goodies.

Helen Plum Library | 2:00 – 6:00 pm
Get in the Jubilee spirit at Helen Plum Library! Enjoy a wintery photobooth and Holiday Lights glasses (while supplies last). Join us in Youth Services from 2:00 – 4:30 pm for a scavenger hunt, craft, and your favorite snowy princesses. Eastwind Vocal Ensemble from Glenbard East will delight you with music at 3:30 and 4:30 pm.
Brust Funeral Home | 2:00 – 7:00 pm
Join the Brust family and staff for a heartwarming Holiday Open House. Step into the festive spirit with a cup of hot cider and delightful Grandma Brust cookies while little ones can enjoy crafting letters to Santa and view our model train set.
Lombard Historical Society | 4:00 – 8:30 pm
Step back into time and enjoy the Victorian Christmas! Shop Gingerbread Way, visit the Carriage House for crafts, gingerbread house voting, tour tickets (tours begin at 5:45 pm), face painting, Mamie’s Toffee & Treats, and the Canterbury Carolers.
Calvary Church | 4:30 – 6:30 pm
Join Calvary Church for their annual Cookie Walk. Choose your own assortment of home-made holiday cookies and pay by the half-pound.
Lombard Area Chamber of Commerce/ The Schiller Team/Downtown | 4:00 – 8:00 pm
Take a stroll down Candy Cane Lane (Park Ave.) and enjoy food, shopping, carolers, Nutcracker dancers, and more! Get into the holiday spirit before and after check out the lights at Lilacia Park.
First Church of Lombard United Church of Christ | 5:00 – 7:00 pm
Join First Church of Lombard for hot cider, cookie decorating, and a craft.
First United Methodist Church | 4:30 – 5:30 pm
Sing Christmas carols with us on your way to Lilacia Park! Join us as we sing and enjoy the time together.
Maple Street Chapel | 4:30 – 7:00 pm
Enjoy Josiah Reade Ringers, First Church’s handbell choir from 4:30-5:00 pm. Join us as Maple Street Chapel welcomes back Kilty Pleasure for our annual sing-along.
Lombard Park District/Village of Lombard | 5:30 – 8:00 pm
Tree Lighting and Santa’s arrival in Lilacia Park. Enjoy photo opportunities with characters, hot cocoa, and cookies.
Lombard Bible Church | 6:00 – 7:00 pm
Enjoy Glenbard East Honors Orchestra Concerts at 6:00 & 6:30 pm, as well as hot cocoa and crafts in the gym from 6:00 – 7:00 pm.
MOTW Coffee | 4:30 – 8:30 pm
Warm up with our signature hot drinks and take part in our Kindness Cards– where kids and grown-ups can write a thoughtful note for a family member, teacher, or neighbor. A simple way to spread warmth, kindness, and community spirit this winter.
Soapy Roads | 6:00 – 8:00 pm
The Makery Bar will have a live artist painting portraits onto keepsake ornaments. Pop in for a glass of wine or a unique assortment of craft non-alcoholic cocktails.
