Lilacia Park Development

The Lombard Park District is seeking public input on a potential park development concept for the Maple Street property at Lilacia Park. The concept has a focus on gardens, pathways, communal spaces, and accessibility. Public open houses were scheduled for Monday, July 21 from 6:00 – 7:30 pm, and Tuesday, July 22 from 1:30 – 3:00 pm. Both open houses were held at Sunset Knoll Recreation Center located at 820 S. Finley Road in Lombard. Any public input would be appreciated as the Park District considers a potential grant opportunity for future park space development.
