Update Household Accounts
For faster access online and to register for programs, activities, special events and memberships, the Lombard Park District is inviting families to create or update their household account to include all family members in their immediate household.
Updating your registration account is especially applicable to those planning on visiting Paradise Bay Water Park this summer. In need of some assistance? Lombard Park District is here to help every step of the way! Start by choosing one of the options below.
No problem! Let’s create a new household. Start by clicking Create a New Account. You will then be prompted to create a new user ID and password, add the Primary Household Member’s information and any additional family members. Lombard Park District encourages households to add their entire family including infants.
Please note: to create an account, the primary household member must be an adult, parent or guardian ages 18+. New accounts will require residency verification. Registration activation may take up to 48 hours for approval.
To add a family member to your household, you will need to contact Sunset Knoll Recreation Center at (630) 620-7322 or submit a Household Update Form by clicking below. Patrons can update different parts of their account including email, phone, name, gender for non-primary members, and any special accommodations.

What is the purpose for creating a household?
The purpose of creating a household is to have the ability to register for Lombard Park District activities, events and programs especially those at happening at Paradise Bay Water Park which will be launching in the coming weeks. Follow the steps above in order to maintain an active household account.
Why do I need to update my account if I am not registering for programs?
Updating your account will allow for easier future use of the account if all family members, including infants, are on the account.
Can I call the registration office and have them set up my household for me?
Unfortunately, setting up a household must be done online at lombardparks.com/register or in-person at the Sunset Knoll Recreation Center located at 820 S. Finley Road or Madison Meadow Athletic Center located at 500 E. Wilson Avenue.
If I am creating a new household, how long will it take to process?
Registration activation may take up to 48 hours for approval. Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your log in information.
Can I register in-person?
Yes, please visit us at Sunset Knoll Recreation Center located at 820 S. Finley Road or Madison Meadow Athletic Center, located at 500 E. Wilson Avenue for in-person registration. To register more quickly online, please visit lombardparks.com/register.
Do I need anything to register for activities online?
Yes, you must have a user ID and password to sign up for programs online. To receive a user ID and password, you must establish a household account. Please follow the steps above to create or update your household account.
Why do I need to provide my address in order to create an account?
An address must be provided to verify residency within the Lombard Park District’s boundaries.
Who can register for a program?
Anyone who has created an online account with an adult, parent or guardian ages 18+ as the Primary Household Member can register for Lombard Park District programs and activities.
When will my registration be processed?
Patrons receive an immediate confirmation of enrollment when they register online.
