Boating & Fishing

Lombard Park District offers annual boating permits, valid during the regular boating season (May 1-November 1) to residents free of charge. Proof of a valid permit must be shown to Lombard Park District staff upon request. All boaters must wear a Coast Guard Certified Personal Flotation Device (PFD) while operating watercraft. Boats must be non-motorized and not exceed 15 feet in length. Boating is permitted at Four Seasons, Madison Meadow, Terrace View, Lombard Lagoon, Southland and Vista Pond. Watercraft must be operated by an adult ages 18+ and hand-launched into ponds. All applicable rules apply.

Boaters must complete both sides of the boating permit form and return to the Administrative Offices located at 227 W. Parkside Avenue with proof of residency in order to obtain a permit. For more information regarding boating permits, please contact Leah Touzios at ltouzios@lombardparks.com.
